When I call them the first time, I was advised he must of mixed me up with someone else, which you know mistakes happens I was fine with thisThen we got into trying to find time for me to be able to drive, they told me it had to be on a Monday and Wednesday from 10-I advised that I worked full time from 1130am to 8pm
September I paid in full for lessons including a course and hours of drivingthe course was never given nor the lessons receiveda book was given but no classes were providedi attempted to resolve this as services were not rendered but the owner is refusing stated I cannot refund the course since I was provided a bookthe book has been offered to be returned but having issues with communicating with the owner
We had a very poor experience with Dornan driving academy After we paid for the training my son completed the in class in a timely manner but the trouble came when trying to schedule the in car driving and driving testmonths after the in class training was when we could finally get some in car training scheduledAfter the in car driving portion was almost completed Dornan scheduled the driving testThe driving instructor took my son out for the last minutes of in car training then over to the SNB driver test using the instructors carThe driver examiner looked at the air bag light that was on and said my son could not take the test with that carHow long has my child been driving around with an unsafe car?
After this initial failure we struggled to get a timely re-examinination through DornanMany attempts were made over several weeks to contact Dornan driving academy and we finally scheduled the driving test ourselves and used our own car
