I had to hire another company that in minutes were able to pull my dishwasher so I can clean behind it.The fact of the matter is that I hired MrAppliance to pull out my dishwasher so I can clean behind it and underneath itMrappliance technician would not have clean my drigider if I would not hired him to pull my my DishwasherI called MrAppliance times, and its owner who is a thrifty and a lousy person never returned my phone callsonly after I told him I will take to small court claims he returned me a very partial amount Mrappliance is a company that advertise that they have the best customer service and the best techniciansMrAppliance have the worst customer service and some very bad technicians The owner of MrAppliance is a professional liar, misanthrop, thrifty and does what is only good for him He spend most of his time in his other equity firm, investing money If he would pay attention to his customers and his business like he pay to his investments in his equity firm, everyone could have benefited, since he does not, he is a con man, a bad business man and MrAppliance under his direction does not deliver and fails meet the expectations of the customer I insist that mrappliance will refund me the full $dollars Its owner should be in jail and not allowed to conduct business

Mrs. [redacted] has made some claims in her response that are wholly untrue and to which I will not respond. It is my belief that this I will not be able to resolve this complaint to her satisfaction as she has demanded a letter of apology stating that I have bad business practices. As you may notice from her response, she can get a little over the top. I don't believe it would be beneficial to continue this dialogue.
