America's Best Value Inn and Suites

On the night of 1/9/20 I checked into Ramada/Northvilla inn about 10:30 pm. the next day was fine,as I took my evening shower I noticed the water was just warm,tho it was tolerable.the following evening the water was just the same.
On the evening of 1/11/20 I had noting but freezing cold water.I did a fast sponge bath and then reported the issue to management on the afternoon of 1/12/20. As they explained that they were aware of the problem I left knowing that it would be fixed by the end of the day or end of the following day. On !/14/20 I went to shower thinking it should be fixed. I got 3 minutes in my shower and it went back to freezing cold. I then on 1/15/20 I returned to the office to report that no significant change to the water.but the couple minutes of warm water I had.The lady working allowed me to go shower in an unoccupied room and told that maintenance would be over to check the water.I waited for someone that entire day and no maintenance showed.The following day I waited again,no one come by.On 1/17/20 I returned to the office to let them know I did not have anyone stop by.. The guy assured me that it would be fixed om Monday the 20th. I then said okay and left.So I waited out the weekend and on Monday I spoke to another member of staff and was told it was being worked on at that time. So I waited again,That evening thinking surely it had to be fixed,it was not. On Tuesday the 21st I returned to the front desk to speak to Management. The attendant said the manager was out on property but I could wait in the lobby since Management would not be long. I waited for 30 minutes the decided to leave my name,number and room # for some one to get back to me. couple hours went by,I then returned to the front desk,they were out to lunch,He assured me I would receive a call back.a while later I again went to see management,I was then told management was not back,I said okay,plz have someone call me.He assured me someone would. I requested to use another room to get a shower once again. He said he would have to talk to management. I said okay and asked if he would give me a call the minute he heard something. He said absolutely. I receive no return call. I was very disappointed with the service I have received thus far. I went back to the front desk that late evening and the same lady that allowed me to shower in another room once before was working and she agreed to do it again.She was even surprised herself that the water was still not hot. The morning of 1/22/20 I went to the office and asked the guy about crediting me for all my troubles. He told me he cold not approve that and he would speak to management.I was fine with that also. I told him I was to check out the following day,so he went ahead and said he would credit me 1 night..I told him that was not ecceptable,he then said that one night was all he could do for me.
I went back to my room and as I thought more on it and returned to speak to someone else and that one night just was not good enough..It is now in the early morning hours of Friday and I have to check out. I've received no proper compensation for the 450$ for my stay. I also received no cleaning service at all. A lady knocked once on my 4th day to hand me towels. No other service was offered. I'm very dissatisfied in my stay and would like my 490.14$ returned to me.I will never check in at this location in the future
