[redacted] It's too bad the lack of integrity and honesty ruins it for many business owners. They are outright lying. I did call, several times in the past couple months before filing this complaint. Hearing my name, not [redacted], it's [redacted], he cannot even keep the names of his complainants straight. In any event, he was only out once, not several times, and he insisted on doing an incorrect repair while it was raining!!!!!! Said it would not affect the repair, and it didn't because it was never repaired! As far as the water and snow, I was never told to keep it away, and actually it's a design defect, another of the 1,000 issues with this sub-standard quality construction. A large number of homeowners in this development have had major problems, fortunately mine is minor compared to what some folks are going through. We have decided to sue the builder and the stucco company, so we will now pool our resources as homeowners in this awful development and unfortunately resort to litigation.I was a litigation paralegal specializing in Construction Defect litigation for decades..so I'm not new to construction, and wish they would start being more honest and doing better quality work..they could care less..just slap it on and let it fall apart.Happy to provide names and contact info for other homeowners with issues with this company, upon request.[redacted]

contractor have been out there to repair a northern wall, she was at that time told to reroute the water/snow away from the house If she did not do this the problem would reoccur. As far as her calling on numerous occasions, that did not happen.
