We read the complaint and it appears its a personal ***er between the parties involvedYelp is a 3rd party entity and amore cafe has no control over any reviews or comments posted either good or bad
It seems the client is misinformed and believes that amore is involved in this dispute
between the partiesWe also talked to yelp about this as well and they advised us that the complainant used profanity towards the business and its online and anyone can read it and that probably led to a dispute between her and another patron
We assure that we have no interest in this ***er

Unfortunately, I did not get anything in writing stating what they would get fixed. I do have two witness to the agreement. They were there every step of the way through the test drive to signing the final papers. They witness the owner state that he would fix those two issues.

Review: I dined at Amore and had a bad experience. I proceeded to make a review on Yelp. The owner very rudely commented on my review. While I responded to his comment, he deleted his rude review and made it a little nicer. I, then, started receiving messages from "customers" that were bullying in nature. I assumed they asked their customers to do this for them, so I added these messages to my yelp review. One individual, under the pseudonym [redacted]., continues to send me inappropriate messages, making veiled threats, stating that he now controls my life, I need to die, that I'm on drugs, and he belittles me by calling me inappropriate names. After some looking at his profile on Yelp, it is evident that "[redacted]" is the business owner and he is retaliating against my Yelp review.Desired Settlement: I want his harassing behavior to stop IMMEDIATELY. I also want my yelp review, which was written on facts that can be corroborated by other diners that afternoon, to stay on Yelp, in its original format, without receiving any retaliation from him or his associates.
