I have spoken to Ms [redacted] on 07/21/2016, 07/29/2016, 08/12/and on several other occasions other employees have spoken to her as well She has invoices with us whic total $1st invoice IN 24340, $dated 07/07/does not pertain to this incident 2nd invoice # IN dasted 07/19/$3rd invoice IN 2425a dated 07/21/$whcih was refunded on 07/29/ As far as keeping a customer's data for months it is POSSIBLE for the data to be kept that long but not normal; if we need the data storage device for another customer, the previous customer's data will be erased I have apologized to Ms [redacted] on several occasions and refunded her the money she paid in regards to the data transfer I had a tech remote into her PC, with her permission, on or about 07/29/2016, to try to help her locate the missing pictures with no success The tech performing the original data transfer remembers; there were several folders with pictures including one with 1000's of pictures because it took an extended amount of time for the data to transfer I am trully sorry Ms [redacted] cannot find her pictures but we transfered the data
