according to our records we did not have such customer, that is complaining of our service Sorry it took some time to locate since I did not have proper spelling of name in our computer.I was contacted only once on this matter from Mrs Bilbrey, and was not contacted again Invoice # [redacted] was found with a name of [redacted] , npt [redacted] with the same address I was unsure on the contact information to call her back to resolve this issue.I am willing to reimburse her for this but with an understanding that this was a service call fee we charge everyone and that what she has stated on yelp and other sites was also, and was not necessary Thanks for your service [redacted] ***Ownercontact info [redacted]

I have followed up on your complaint with the Technician on
duty and have reviewed all relevant information.
First, I would like to start with the company has a standard
charge of $to come out for a service call.
All companies have a standard call out charge with varying rates. This amount is charged regardless if issues
are found or not. If there are
additional issues found, then additional charges may be applied based on parts
and services provided
I have followed up with the Technician on duty regarding the
call out. He assured me that he went
through all checks on the system and everything was running appropriately at
that time. He informed me that Mr
*** walked with him throughout the inspection process. During the hot season of the summer months,
it is difficult for systems to keep up with temperatures outside, especially in
the house you are living in. It is not uncommon for home owners to have
concerns about the cooling in the heat of the summer
I do apologize that I did not call you back. The Technician did write down an incorrect
spelling of your name on the invoice; therefore I was looking for your name and
was unable to find itHowever when I found a closely related name, I did call
the number listed for Mr*** stated on the invoice. A message was left but I did not receive a
call back
The Technician on duty has been working for the company for
number of years and usually receives compliments for his work from
customers.

I am rejecting this response because:The response I received that the company did not have contact with us is incorrect. I have attached the invoice the company emailed to my husband (our last name is spelled wrong, but same address). I can forward the email I sent to them also if I am given an email address. I copied and posted it to the bottom of this, but I will foward it if needed. I can also pull my phone records if that will help. Thank You.

Below is the copied and pasted email. Service 7-3-16[redacted] Reply|7/5/2016[redacted]Good evening,My family recently used Amtech mechanical on 7-3-2016 for an air conditioning complication. I did not receive the name of the employee who provided the service, however the gentleman came to the conclusion that our air conditioning unit not being able to "catch up" was just due to the type of manufactured home that we have. I did make the payment, however no service other than a visual inspection was provided. We ended up contacting another provider the next day who performed an air quality test that realized half of our house was not blowing air through it as strongly. The gentleman was able to crawl under our home to find out that our duct below had somehow become disconnected. After the issue was fixed, the air conditioning was blowing a hundred times better inside our home. I dont wish to compare the two services, however I feel that my initial call provided by your amtech mechanical company should have been able to discover this complication first. We were recommended to your company and we had looked up the good reviews online, so we were highly disappointed that our complication was determined as "due to the type of house we have." I do not agree with the $125 fee that we paid to your buisness whom was unable to notice this complication. The emailed invoice states that we received an air conditioning repair, however nothing was fixed or touched.
