in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.1. As stated in my original complaint, the grading service was purchased on 28 September, 2014, as indicated on my receipt. Three months from this date would be 28 December 2014. As of today, 19 February 2015, the comic book has not yet been received, representing a period of 4.5 months since the service was purchased. An additional 30 days to receive the comic book would nearly double the time for what was paid for as the "Fast Track" service and is listed on the receipt as "Reduces the estimated turnaround time by half." This demonstrates a failure to honor the expedited processing time for the additional $10 payment.
2. Claims by Anastasia's Collectibles's that "We have responded to all emails and phone calls." is irrefutably false.
As indicated in my original complaint, three phone calls to Anastasia's Collectibles on 18 January, 25 January, and 26 January 2015 to request the status of our order were neither answered nor returned. Furthermore, an email sent to [email protected] as listed for the business on 30 Dec 2014 at 11:24 AM local time was also never answered. We were told to expect shipment via registered/insured [redacted] mail within three months. Since we have not yet received this, please update me regarding the status of our order.

I will accept the business response when we have received the graded comic book along with a refund of $10 paid for the "Fast Track" service that was clearly not honored as indicated by Anastasia's Collectibles.

would like to drop this complaint. I was able to get of hold of this company, since it is no longer called Anatasia's collection nor the phone number/ email are active. They were able to give me my comic book with no problems. Thank you very much for your time. Regards,

Review: On 28 September, 2014, my son and I purchased a comic book grading service while at the [redacted] in [redacted] from a representative from Anastasia's Collectibles. We spent $100 of this service to include the grading and an additional "Fast Track" service. The fair market value of the comic book with a signature by [redacted] obtained at the [redacted] that day is valued at $300. I have a paper receipt for this transaction in my possession. We were told by the representative that it would take about 3 months to process. On 28 December 2014, I called the number listed for Anastasia's Collectibles at 714-249-8414 as I had been instructed if the comic book had not yet arrived. The representative returned my call and said to wait another couple of weeks. In early January, a friend of my son who used the same service at the same time received his graded comic book. I then called Anastasia's Collectibles again three times on 18 January, 25 January, and 26 January to request the status of our order. At no time since December, has anyone returned any of my calls above nor has the comic book that we spent $100 to have graded yet arrived.Desired Settlement: I want to hear from Anastasia's Collectibles to know when we will receive the graded comic book for which we have paid $100 for this service and to know why it has been delayed since we paid extra for the "Fast Track" service. It is unacceptable that no one has returned multiple calls to this business to update me on a pre-paid service. Because of the delay, I would also like a refund of the additional $10 that we paid for the "Fast Track" service since this has not been honored.
