I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Unfortunately, I was not properly fitted for the Waist Trainer upon purchase, or I would not have bought a waist trainer that is too bigI was advised by the sales associate that the waist trainer would work just fine based on her holding it upIt was not fastened nor was it at any point put on my bodySo, to insinuate that I indeed did try on the waist trainer is not the honest truth, and once again shows the lack of business ethics and dignity. My lack of waist trainer knowledge combined with a business just trying to make a sale resulted in the misconduct and misappropriation of the transactionI would also like to clarify before purchasing this product I was not made aware of the return policyWhen I spoke directly to the company I was told that I could exchange it for the correct size, until I told them that I would like a refund if they didn't have the correct sizeI distinctly recall the sales associate continuing to mention that since they were so popular she was out of every sizeHense why I wanted a refund. Thank you for the time and effort trying to resolve my problem.

This customer as well as every customer Always tries on the waist trainers. This client did try on 3 different waist trainers just to make sure we found one that fit her correctly. Each person carries their weight in different areas of the body so he waist trainers fit differently on each person.again, we cant exchange or return an undergarment that has been worn for several days to discover that it is not a right fit. This transaction was not affiliated with anaya skin care. Anaya skin care does not sell waist trainers. This was sold outside the business and anaya skin care has nothing to do with it.All sales are final and there are no exchanges when an undergarment has been worn.Please remove this complaint from your business.Our business is not a member of the Revdex.com and choose not to be. Therefore, any of our information must be deleted from your company immediately.
