Dear Sir or Madam:In response to [redacted] ***'s Complaint ID [redacted] to the Revdex.com, Andalman & Flynn, P.Cresponds as follows:On December 11, 2015, [redacted] filed a Complaint with Revdex.com against Andalman & Flynn, P.C [redacted] ***’s allegations appear to be; • That Andalman & Flynn, P.Cnever communicated in writing with [redacted] • That Andalman & Flynn, P.C., left threatening messages for [redacted] *** • That [redacted] spoke with a representative at Andalman & Flynn, P.Cand that [redacted] explained that the debt has been paid, • That a representative from Andalman & Flynn, P.Casked to meet *** [redacted] in order to “serve papers,”Andalman & Flynn, P.Cdisputes all above stated allegations and in Support States: • Andalman & Flynn, P.Creceived this account from our client, *** [redacted] , on February 3, and a Demand Letter was mailed to [redacted] on February 7, The Demand Letter was mailed to [redacted] ***, Bowie, MD ***, which is the same address where [redacted] presently residesA copy of the Demand Letter is attached as Exhibit A• From November 11, to December 8, 2015, Andalman & Flynn, P.Cattempted to contact [redacted] multiple times, asking her to contact our office regarding a business matter• As shown on the History Report of [redacted] ***'s file in our office, MsYoung received several calls and voice mails, but chose not to speak with a representative at the time of the callFurther, [redacted] never returned any of the voice messages [redacted] never contacted our office via a phone call or in writingA copy of the History Report is attached as Exhibit F• Invoices dated December 15, show that the two (2) bills from 1/31/and 2/28/Totaling $are still unpaid Copies of these Invoices, as well as Permissions/Acknowledgements of Treatment that [redacted] signed agreeing to pay any balance owed, are attached as Exhibit COur client has not received any payments towards this balance• To date, Andalman & Flynn, P.C., has not filed any law suit against *** [redacted] that would require service of summonsAs evidenced by the Account history, no one from Andalman & Flynn, P.Cever asked to meet her, or have ever spoken to her, nor have we received any written communication from her, other than a copy of the above referenced Complaint ID [redacted] that you forwarded to usTherefore, Amdalman & Flynn, P.Crespectfully requests that: A [redacted] ***'s Complaint be dismissed;B [redacted] ***'s Complaint not be made public, as is is without any merit, and is merely an attempt to avoid paying bills that she owesThank you for your attention to this matter Yours truly, Mary Ellen F*
