I am again letting Mr [redacted] know we are more then happy to re-pour the concrete area that he wanted with the indentation in the concreteNext to the drive if he thinks that will take care of his problemWe always stand by our work, Thank you, Ray A [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As originally stated the swell was not put in the slab to divert the water problemOne of MrA [redacted] ' employees did come out and ground out a portion of the cement to make a swellWe were told that our water diversion problem should be solved with this procedure Since that time we have had numerous snow storms and have found the "swell" does not take care of the water problem so the water runs down the driveway and onto the sidewalk and freezesThe slab that was to have the swell incorporated is now deterioratedPhotos of the area in question were texted to MrA [redacted] and MrD***Why would we want to invest another $to have another slab poured when Mr [redacted] said it would not be any different? Is he saying he would still leave out the swell? Sincerely, [redacted] & [redacted] ***

Tell us why here..Mr***, is a dear man We have performed and completed multiple projects for him in the past including the most recent project we completed for him in and all portions of that work were finished according to our proposal.There were some areas he had concerns
about in regards to drainage away from his driveway slab We went back and took care of those concerns to his approval at that timeWe also offered him the option of re-pouring the water diversion area if he wanted but that it would function the same and would be at an additional expense to him of $which is our cost to do the job with no profit included That offer is still available to Mr*** We have been in and out of the country for the past few months and I believe he tried to contact us during that time and we were unable to respond to him We are more then willing to warranty all of our work when there is something we have not done properly and believe we go above and beyond to take care of our customers concerns We feel we have done this with Mr*** and offered to do, at cost, a portion of his project that will not add to the functionality of what is currently installed The refund Mr*** is requesting is out of order due to the fact that all work was completed according to our agreementThat being said, we are more then happy to work with Mr***. Our company has poured thousands of jobs doing patios, porches, driveways and walks, for the past Years in Colorado We do take care of our customers, warranty all our work and this is the first complaint we have received through the Revdex.com.
