The customer signed a contract and was given all information about cancellations of the agreement. Owner was given multiple details when she called explaining how it works again. Owner agreed on the phone to pay out contract. owner was very inappropriate verbally to our staff as documented on 8/8/17...

and 8/13/17. Tried resolving matter with customer. Once bill is paid, customer's account can be inactive and no calls, letters, or emails will occur.
