Date: Monday, January 22, 2018Subject: Claim #[redacted]After we moved Ms. Sharon Allen on 7/27/2017, we did not heard from her untill a dispute of $230 was done on 10/13/17 and another of $570 on 10/21/17. We respond to the bank with the documentation involved. On 12/19/2017 for the first time we...
received a call and email from Ms. Allen stating that her furniture was damage by us and that she tried to contact us several times before. We always proctect customer’s furniture with shrink wrapping and blankets regardless the condition of the furniture to prevent damage. We followed the same procedure with Ms. Allen and her furniture was proctected. When the service was completed we asked Ms. Allen to inspect her furniture and make sure our truck was completely empty, which she did and took her time to do it. She did not have any objections with her furniture and agreed to proceed with the payment. Her insatisfaction came when we were obtaining a copy of her credit card to have a proof payment. She react very furious and ripped the receipt in which her credit card info was on. She was explained that it was a proof of payment for the company but she was acting like we were obtaining her credit card for other porposes. We understand that accidents happen when customers get move but its hardly possible to get numerous of furniture damage as she estates after her furniture was protected and inspected by her. She said that she had to g[redacted] for another number to reach us, both of our reachable number are in our contract as well our cards. We work with customers to have them satisfied in case of any damage cause by us. We will follow the case with our insurance company, they will proceed with the proper investigations and we will contact Ms. Allen to follow up in this case.
