PMSubject: To: [email protected] regards to claim number [redacted].After Joe K[redacted] first said he would refund our home inspection money which we were rightfully owed he at one point in a conversation lied to me and said his company had taken care of it and it was in the mail. Well now 3 months after that conversation he no longer answers the phone. Neither himself or his wife who runs the business will pick up or call back. I did not include this in the initial claim but feel that the fact he blantently lied to me is unacceptable and it should be a known fact.
