Review: Over the past several weeks I had contacted Answer's CS to request to have one of their machines moved across the floor to make room for planned remodel. After several phone calls with no one calling me back I finally saw the person who restocks the machines and asked him who I had to speak with since no one returned my calls so he gave me his boss' cell phone number. It turned out the person who was not returning my calls is his boss! I called his cell phone and was able to speak with him and we met to discuss the move. He promised it'd be done if not that Wednesday then definitely Thursday (April **). He didn't call me to confirm Wednesday nor did he call on Thursday after I called him and left a message on his cell phone. I called the CS dept. again and reiterated the problem that the machine is holding up my project and since I can't get the [redacted] to call me that I wanted both machines in our office removed ASAP. Still no response until about 3:45 when the [redacted] said he was pulling up in front of our building. I told him he was too late that the machines had to be removed ASAP. I've been calling every day since to speak with someone who is in charge and can schedule the removals. No one has yet called me. I asked [redacted] in CS to call this [redacted]'s boss; he still has not responded. Yesterday I asked that the company president call me...as of 12:10 pm today I've had no phone call from Answer.Desired Settlement: I just want someone in charge to call me this week to schedule the removal of the machines this week. I can't wait any longer to finish the project that is being held up.
