We take pride in our customer service and the fact that around 40% of our approximately 400 rentals per year are to current tenants, prior tenants and referrals. We occasionally have a customer come to us and indicate that they have evidence of droppings in their unit which appears to be from a mouse or rat. Every effort is made to assist the customer in eradicating the problem and we check with the surrounding tenants to see if they have had any issues. Review: We have been with Antelope Self Storage for 2 months and have been paying $90 a month for a small unit 2 weeks ago we went in to get some stuff out of storage and found Rat poop every where and that multiple items in our unit was chewed up by rats. We went in to the office that day to tell an employee and all they said was we had to come back when a manager was here and they probably wouldnt do anything for us. I have a brand new couch and a bunch of baby toys for my daughter and all of that has to be trashed because of the rats. When my husband called them today they said its not their fault because the people before us never had a problem and the only thing we can do is move our stuff out with no reimbursement or compensation for what we have to get rid of because of their mistake.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the 2 months we paid for their service to help us move to a different storage unit that takes better care of their units.
