Dear customer, I cannot apologize enough about your experience at my restaurant I have new employees and it sounds like there’s a need for some extra training I will address this issue ASAP to ensure this does not happen again Please let me know if there is

The customer placed a on-line order on 2/21/for deliveryMy delivery driver delivered a 18" pepperoni pizza. My driver said the person that answered the door appeared to be a teenage young manMy driver gave him the credit card receipt to signThe young man did soMy driver left
When my driver returned to the store the mom called who was not at the delivery address and said the driver demanded $20? The driver on this delivery has worked for me for four yearsI have never had any issues at all Again, I have tried to contact this customer. I left them my cell, store number, personal email as well as the stores email that the order was placed Sincerely, *** *** ***
