Murray Ford offered this customer the opportunity to purchase a car for $25000 plus taxes, tags, and dealer fee , he choose not to buy because of the dealer fee! Are [redacted] staff never agreed to sell the car for $25000 including the dealer fee or does the customer have in writing that we would ! All internet pricing since the first day Mr. [redacted] saw the car online the price was always and still is higher than his offer.
