Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because the business in question has failed to provide for us documentation which shows the price for the services rendered Per our original complaint, we agreed to one price ($532) for the entire job, and, as the original complaint states, the entire job was not completed The business operates on a fixed-price schedule for jobs and does not use an hourly rate for service, per our many discussions as well as having called the business repeatedly to clarify and confirm The price they are suggesting that I pay is above and beyond the cost of the service that every other plumbing operation in the Salt Lake area that I could get a quote from Per my discussions with the Consumer Protection Department of Utah, when you bid out a job, and for some reason or another, the job is stopped halfway, the use of the original price becomes fraudulent At that point, per our recent discussions, both parties begin to negotiate the cost for the service rendered, and go from there With Any Hour Services, this appears to be a one-way negotiation that as of this day has escalated to the point where which Any Hour Services has sent our account to collections.Again, I reject this response because it fails to open the doors to this negotiation that the Consumer Protection Department of Utah has advised me should occur, as well as the fact that Any Hour Services has failed to provide me with access to the fixed-price for the service rendered that they are using to derive the amount they believe is due Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We have called multiple times and have not been able to get a hold of her to resolve the issue

Nowhere in our paperwork does it indicate anything about monthsNo other services have been offered at the customers home, and we are not trying to collect for any other services rendered, only the water softener We have made several attempts trying to work out other payment method, and resolving this issues with her

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The company waited until after I paid for the services and then supplied the following comment to the Revdex.com and myself "The customer has been taken care of." I never received any communication from the company outside of the electrical installer who came and installed the items in question The company never even bothered to contact me regarding this complaint The figured that because I paid for the service that I was taken care of I was not taken care of, and I reject this response because the company did nothing to reach out or help me Sincerely, [redacted]

After installing a new gallon water heater, and explaining the water heater in details, the customer was satisfied with all workThe technician also explained to the customer that there would be no addition charges for the extra work completed, in addition to the water heater, he also explained that there would be no refund from Any HourAt that time the customer signed the invoice in three different placesI have attached the invoice that was signed on completion of the work

Our Service Manager was able to connect the customer to discuss his concern and try to resolve it The result of their discussion was a refund that they both agreed would resolve the issue Our customer was happy with the end result and amount of the refund We verified that he did indeed receive the refund

The customer signed the invoice for our tech to move forward with the work, after starting the work and finding other issues, our tech brought it to the attention of the customerThe customer asked our tech to go forward with the additional work and again signed the paper work approving him to continueThe tech needed to get some parts from the supply house and explained he would do that and return in the morning to complete the jobThe customer called in the morning to cancel, the tech called and asked to collect on the work that was completed, no payment was collectedThe tech turned the information over to me and I have spoken to the customer several times, we are only billing him for the work that was completed and I have discounted the price even more to help out the customer

I spoke to [redacted] toady and we have resolved this.

The customer allowed us to come out and verify the crack, this has been resolved

We met with the customer at the job site, went over the work and found we had made a mistake We refunded the total amount back the the customer of $on the 27th of September

have been after them from a week out Mar 30, to repair and fix this issue It took me filing a complaint and email them and phone calling them to get them to do anything! They responded after I had filed the complaint in May 2, in the late evening and then came out the next morning May 3, willing to do something after the knew they are being complained about! They cannot treat and dismiss me with a incomplete response by what they said! I want consumers to know how unfairly their actions have been for over a month I was told they would replace water heater (they did) and give me a check for and they completed the work and have failed in supplying a check for reimbursement as told by Wes the tech and he had the approval by the company! What game they continue to play I have bids and they range from to tops for what I have waited over a month to get them to resolve this matter.They also took a picture when leaving of me and think just because I was happy with what they done over a month later is all the satisfaction I am allowed Wrongly, they should of took a picture of the water heater not me? What tactic are you using to abuse me more is my question to them by taking my pic and asking me if I am satisfied! I need my check delivered to me immediately as told and approved when they showed up on May ,willing to complete and make it right with me So sad, and shameful they treat a veteran and disabled and elderly person like this!! ***

I am rejecting this response because:
We are still waiting to talk to someone about the amounts we are owed
for the rebatesWe have been playing phone tag with them I am hoping to get this resolved sooner than laterAt this point we have not been able to do so. Also the only way to get a hold of the new guy we are dealing with is through the front desk , everytime we call they say he has stepped out , don't know if that's true or not So it would be nice to get a direct phone number to this guy Bruce.

This has been resolved with our customer

A copy of the invoice and work performed was sent to the customers address through certified mail, on 7/06/We have discounted the original price from what the customer had agreed, in hopes of resolving this concernWe are also only charging for the work that was completed and not for the amount that was original agreed to
