When reaching out to the club about the contract cancellation, they have denied the ability to void the contract without paying the remaining balance. The contract clearly states that if the club is closed and or relocated, they will void the remaining balance owed. As long as there is not a club within 5 miles of original destination that is open. The club has no services that fit within this criteria. I also am unable to do the online services they recommend. These services do not fit the criteria I signed up for within the contract. They are stating I need to pay $344.88 to finish the contract. This is completely unacceptable, especially in times like these. Taking advantage of customers in a time of need. I stated the contract requirements that I stated above and they have not responded.
