I've been constantly harassed by two collection agencies ABC Financial and now Kingston Data and Credit, for failure to pay an outstanding bill.
This began last year 2019, and I cancelled my membership to Anytime Fitness in 2012.
The alleged debt has been increasing and the calls, letters and emails are incessant.
This debt is a fabrication and need help stopping all collecting attempts.
We were contacted by this individual on Monday, January 6, 2020 regarding his concern and were able to contact Kingston Data Collection Agency (since ABC Financial Services transferred the account to them). On Wednesday, January 8, 2020, within 48 hours, we were able to receive a response from their office stating that "the account has been closed as listed in error in their office". The concern has been resolved and the individual was informed of Kingston's response.
