I'm referred to as "the customers girlfriend" and I also did not call and "demand a refund", I asked for one after explaining how their incompetence almost ruined my new vehicle and got my family into a crash. It's also very unsettling how they are so cavalier about this, I understand mistakes happen but people's vehicles are worth thousands of dollars and are a big part of their livelihoods maybe being a little more apologetic instead of using your letter to place blame on me (just some girl) and brag about your business practices I would be a little more receptive.
