Specifically, in response to the details of the complaint:Apex reiterates its obligation under the agreements in place with the complainantAs stated in the complaint, Apex provides fire alarm monitoring.? We have provided this service without fail since the inception of the agreementContrary to the assertion of the complainant, Apex can perform its obligations under the agreement and has every intention of continuing to do soApex continues to investigate these and related matters and plans to pursue a resolution with the complainant, the goal of which is to satisfy the -legitimate concerns of all involved.? I will personally pursue dialogue with the complainant toward this goal.? Apex Security disagrees as to the language of the contract.? It is Apex's position that Apex agreed to maintain the equipment that Apex installed and did not extend any such service to equipment that Apex did not install.? Since Apex is not an authorized dealer for the equipment that the customer had previously installed, we would not be in a position to warranty that equipment, only what we installed
