I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Rental helps but still awaiting my car and feel they should be accountable and pay for damages and fix. They advised me to keep running tje vehicle eben after my concerns so if anythingg else is wrong with it they should be responsible and take ownership over tje accountability.
