BUYER BEWARE: SCAMMERS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS They came to my door offering a discounted rate of $to show me that their service was better than my current one, and I'm told if I'm not happy with it I can cancel it and get a cheap spraying for only $ I agreed since I had been having ant problems and my current service (Front Line) hadn't taken care of it on their last visit I sign a digital signature on an ipad a screen stating when my initial service date is and that I'm paying $for an initial service and then an $quarterly service after that My service date arrives, I take the day off of work and wait around at the house No one ever shows up at my door and I never get a phone call I give them the benefit of the doubt that they just didn't want to bother me, so I give it some time to see the results A few weeks later, there's no improvement and I call to cancel since there's no point in having two pest services with the second one providing no additional benefit The service manager then tells me I can't cancel, that I signed a year long agreement and it's going to be $if I wanted to get out of it He sends me an email of my agreement that has my original digital signature copy and pasted into more boxes underneath statements such as that I'm signing a year long service agreement As if I could write the exact same signature more times in other fields You've been warned, this company is only out to scam you and try to charge you $for them not doing anything

This has been a positive experienceThey have answered every call and fixed every problem that I have had in a timely manner

Service Pro is wonderful This is the 3rd company relating to pest control and by Grace I have been blessed to find a keeper Efficient, clean, products are GREAT!!!!!! They are wonderful

*** was very courteous and helpful when he came to our house today for our quarterly service and I thought he did a thorough job I felt very comfortable dealing with him

I was unsure at first about Aptive as their salesperson knocked on my door to introduce the service to meAlthough I typically don't sign on with a company without researching them first, I did as my wife had just been discussing how our first garden here in TN was being damaged with insects, so when the salesman offered significant discounts off their pricing, I acceptedThe representative, Andrew, came out a second time for me because we hadn't been home to give them access to the back yard the first time they were outAndrew was very customer focused and meticulously treated the areas we discussed, and even went above and beyond anywhere he saw signs that there may be a pest problemSo far, I believe we are seeing a significant reduction in the number of pests in and around our homeAnd I love that if we see any sign of increased activity prior to our next quartlerly application, all I need to do is call and they'll come back free of additional charge

*** was very helpful, he listened to my issues, he complied with my wishes I would say to aptive that he is a very good employee and a keeper in my book

I was so impressed by my service tech's knowledge and thorough sweep of my property. She knew how to treat problems I was concerned about and made me feel at ease about insects we are having problems with. Please send Amber H[redacted] to treat my home every quarter! She is competent and very professional (I wish I could say that about the last guy you sent).

[redacted] came out to do our winter care and was friendly and knowledgeable.
I wasn't quite sure we needed it in the winter, but he took the time to explain to me what all the winter care does and how it prevents issues in the spring.

I agreed since I had been having ant problems and my current service (Front Line) hadn't taken care of it on their last visit. I sign a digital signature on an ipad a screen stating when my initial service date is and that I'm paying $10 for an initial service and then an $89 quarterly service after that.

My service date arrives, I take the day off of work and wait around at the house. No one ever shows up at my door and I never get a phone call. I give them the benefit of the doubt that they just didn't want to bother me, so I give it some time to see the results. A few weeks later, there's no improvement and I call to cancel since there's no point in having two pest services with the second one providing no additional benefit. The service manager then tells me I can't cancel, that I signed a year long agreement and it's going to be $209 if I wanted to get out of it. He sends me an email of my agreement that has my original digital signature copy and pasted into 5 more boxes underneath statements such as that I'm signing a year long service agreement. As if I could write the exact same signature 5 more times in other fields.

You've been warned, this company is only out to scam you and try to charge you $200 for them not doing anything.

This time, I had a good experience with the person who came and last time but the things you were using to keep the bugs and all insects away didn't have enough effects.
