Refund was issued July Due to the 4th of July I would think he would have it by weds 8th of July

To be honest I do not know how to respond [redacted] (the Dumpstet guy)gave carol bad information I have never would I ever give credit card info to anyoneI went as far as too a pitchure of it and sent it to [redacted] via emailI also had my bank ( [redacted] ***) reach out to *** I truly thought this was paid months agoIt is now taken care of [redacted] as of this morning is reaching out to carol and retracting the bad info he told carolIF he does not I will have to take legal action against his company [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint I allowed business to come in and "fix" the problem by redoing the whole projectA 3-person crew showed up with a bucket, a few rags, and a regular tiny shop-vacI was told that the carpets were not going to get cleaned and there was going to be no dehumidifier or air scrubber brought back inWe had a 3rd party come in and air test the basement compared to the outside air for mold and it failed by spores per mI have been told by other companies that the HVAC needs to be removed before the remediation process could be finished anywayWhich is not what Aqua Flow was planning on doingI am just asking for the money back that we put down so that we can have someone come in and do it rightI have repeatedly tried to remediate the situation but the owner sends other people instead of dealing with the issue with me himselfI need the refund to pay another company to do the job, so I can sell the houseRegards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I did not ask for what needs to be doneI want in writing all that your company didYou mentioned that you would have to come out a couple times for moldIf we took money from you then how would I know that, I have no idea beside removing out insulation and putting vapor covering downThat's all that I can see! Also, new insulation needs to be done due to Aqua Flow not finishing the jobBasically, Aqua Flow took $dollars from me and all they did is take out old insulation and put black vapor barrier down(new company said this was not finish either)Aqua flow stayed in there response this matter is closed, but to me it is notThere is no way what the work they did was worth $and I want to see if there is anyway to get some of that money back. The only thing that needs to be done is reinsulate the craw spaceWhich we would have done by nowAs for the $balance dueYou may keep that since our time line did not meet yours as I explained to you already we will consider this matter closed since you are making money off us We

I have been told by 2 other companies that the HVAC needs to be removed before the remediation process could be finished anyway. Which is not what Aqua Flow was planning on doing. I am just asking for the money back that we put down so that we can have someone come in and do it right. I have repeatedly tried to remediate the situation but the owner sends other people instead of dealing with the issue with me himself. I need the refund to pay another company to do the job, so I can sell the house. Regards,

We will be more than happy to redo the whole project . We will also provide air samples to you when completed. We would like to come out Sunday and address any and all concerns thank you have..we will also give you your paperwork at that time. If this is all ok with you just text me and we will make...
