This company doesn't follow the guidelines of the contractI have a lifetime warranty for the water purification system I purchased directly from this company & according to this warranty if you are an original owner of the system & getting filters changed yearly(for a charge) in case of breakage of other parts of the system the company has to repair it for freeNow one of the parts called membrane needs to be repaired & this company is refusing to fix it for free, even though it's covered by the warrantyThe price that I paid for this system included life time warranty & it's very expensiveAt this moment I am not able to use this system because as per technician who came to change filters checked the water & said the water is not purified anymore so it's basically same kind of water like in the regular kitchen faucetI don't advice anybody to buy anything from this company
