This week Blake W serviced our system after I heard a noise I was not familiar with recently. Blake went through the entire system and gave us a good bill of health and provided me with some much needed peace of mind.

This week we had the water system in our cabin serviced Blake Wilkelius and our furnace/air conditioning system serviced by David Boggie. In both instances the technicians were thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The Aquarius team has consistently provided quality service by highly professional technicians. Wholeheartedly recommend the Aquarius team.

Furnace was condemned. Aquarius brought me space heaters and had a new furnace and air conditioner installed within days. Friendly staff, quality products, and work. Great follow up. Sean B was super. Added on the Kinetico water softener system, and the specialist was great.

Aquarius was great! The technician, Mark was friendly and knowledgeable about their products and how to get us the best water for our situation. Travis, the man that installed our water system, was awesome. He was helpful and polite. He fixed some minor plumbing issues around the equipment that he had installed that made things a lot easier for me. He took his time making sure the system was working properly. He then taught me how to use it. I’m very happy my wife and I want with Aquarius.

We installed a Kinetico water softener system. Our plumber, Brent H, was excellent. He was pleasant, professional, and he was able to answer all of my questions. I can only hope the quality of the product turns out as well.

Our plumber from Aquarius, John Warnke, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and skilled. He fixed our pipe leak and was very friendly.

My furnace was displaying a code indicating the flame sensor needed cleaning. I contacted Aquarius Home Services for an inspection and to have the flame sensor repaired/replaced. Their technician inspected the furnace, and indicated finding high temperature stress on the heat exchanger, and high CO levels. He said he would not red-tag the furnace, but could not leave it on when he left my home. I had a feeling the technician was going to advise me to replace the furnace right away. I told him I did not want to be pressured, and needed time to do research before I made any decisions. He gave me a quote for a new furnace. He soon said he made a call and that they would be able to install a furnace the following day. He called the salesperson and introduced us over the phone. I told them several times that I did not want to feel pressured.
I got a second inspection, and was assured my furnace is operating properly, and the CO levels are in the safe range. That technician also found that the Aquarius technician had not cleaned the flame sensor, which was the original problem.
While it was subtle, rather than high-pressure, I believe Aquarius was using scare tactics to convince me I needed a new furnace. It seems they were not being honest with me about my furnace’s condition.
After the results from a second opinion showed my furnace is safe, I requested that Aquarius refund the $99 service charge. The salesperson told me he would see what he could do, and call me back. After over a week he has not contacted me.

Had a leak from the meter head. Cracked fitting. Service tech named Travis *** came and fixed it. Very through and knowledgeable. I used to be a millwright in a paper mill so I can pick out a good craftsman from a mile away. Travis was exceptional.

These guys were great! Bailed me out with same-day service on a new AC in Aug so I had them back to quote a furnace. Very competitive so had that done as well. These guys are on time, do great work and are efficient. They are super clean and respectful of your house which seems to be a rarity these days. I certainly would recommend them to others.

Had a Kinetico system put in. Soften and drinking water purifier. Best thing I could have done. Water is very hard where I live. This solved all my issues. Good rep, great techs. Solved any issues I had within a week. One issue they had guy out same day. Great customer service. Thx!!
