Great experience
My Aquabot IQ had a broken wheel tube. I called Aquatic Distributors and spoke to Miguel. He understood the problem and informed me that it was still under warranty and mailed the part. I received the part 2 days later. My experience with this company was excellent.

Review: I mailed an aquabot viva that was purchased through them last year back for warranty repair - RA # [redacted] that is in their records. I have called no less than 12 times over the past month and spoken to over 15 different people with everybody saying they can locate the device. I have been on hold with them for over 7 hours of my life. The confirmed tracking number that UPS tracking number [redacted] has confirmation of delivery to one "[redacted]" at [redacted] at 10:39:00 am on 7/29/2015. Nobody can seem to 'locate it' and I am always promised a call back which never comes. The staff is rude, inconsiderate and not helpful at all to any of my requests to speak to management about this very serious problem. All the "secretaries" can do that answer the phone is transfer me to the repair warehouse where multiple people come to the line asking me "have you been helped" after I am on hold for ever and someone supposedly is locating my device. I give them the RA number and they disappear for 45 minutes to an hour and a half with me on hold the whole time. Then I either get disconnected or they come back and say they cannot locate it and will call me back with my personal cell phone number I give them. I have never gotten a call back to this day . . . They have stolen my $1,799.99 pool cleaner and I want it back in working order immediately.Desired Settlement: I want a brand new aquabot VIVA delivered to me no later than next Friday Sept 4th and an apology from the owner for the inconsiderate manner in which his company has handled this situation and disrespected my very valuable time.

Review: A year ago, I purchased an automatic pool cleaner for around 900 dollars.

Brand new.

I used it twice and it broke.

I started calling customer service to try them to fix it, and I always received the same response: We don't have a repair facility in Florida, there is nothing we can do. Finally I reached someone that said they will provide me with an address to ship it. They said they were going to call me back with an "Return Authorization Number". I waited and they never called. Winter came and I forgot about the issue. Spring came again and I started calling again. Same issue. Finally after calling TEN times, I received an address. I shipped it at my own expense. About 100 dollars.

Over a month later and no call. After calling another 5 times, I finally got a response saying it was 350 dollars to fix it. I complained, since I have used it only twice. They had my name and somebody else's name. I don't know why. Also, they had the wrong address.

They said, they would fix it and call me back. Another month went by. Finally, I called about 5 more times and today I managed to talk to someone, who told me the repair was not 350 dollars, but 800 dollars plus shipping.

(Basically the cost of a new one)

I asked his name: He hesitated and said: "[redacted]" or something like that. I asked him why he hesitated. He said: Because that is the person you need to talk to. And I said: I want to know YOUR name. He said his name was "[redacted]".

After that, I asked to speak to a supervisor. He replied with: I am the supervisor.

Then he proceeded to call me an " [redacted] then he said "who gives a [redacted] about your complaint" and then he threatened me by saying: "You better hang up the phone now" and then he hung up.

I called again, a person identified as "[redacted]" picked up. I explained I wanted to talk to a supervisor. He put me on hold for 37 minutes. I hung up. I called again and no response.

All this happened August 14th, 2015 at 3:45 EST. The number I called was: ###-###-####.Desired Settlement: I want them to fix or replace the item for free and send it back to me in working order.

He said I wasn't talking to [redacted], but with the call center of [redacted].

Review: I bought a new Aquabot Fury pool cleaner in March, 2014 from Aquatic Distributors. I used it no more than 10 times. At the end of the swimming pool season, I put it in storage. I took it out of storage to use in the pool this year, the beginning of June, 2015.The machine would not work. I sent it back to Aquatic Distributors for repair. The man call to inform me it was a bad motor and it is under warranty, but I would have to pay the shipping cost of $40.00 to ship it back to me. When I received it on Wednesday, June 10, I knew it was not my machine. This one had a dingy yellow color which used to be white, had deep scratches all over, and the blue areas were faded. It looked several years old. I called and talked to the owner, Mr. [redacted], he repeatedly told me that since the serial numbers matched it WAS my machine. I told him I felt like the serial number sticker had been removed from my machine and put on this old one. He said the serial number sticker could not be removed because of the super strong glue that was used and for me to "go ahead and try to remove it." I did, and it peeled off perfectly. I was able to stick it right back on the unfaded part of the machine with no problem. No matter what I said to Mr. [redacted], he was was unwilling to be of any help. When asking him if he was a member of the Revdex.com, his comment was "no, why should I be?" And to "go ahead and make a claim, I don't care." I am very upset that they have done me wrong and that I do not have the machine that I paid for.Desired Settlement: I would like MY machine repaired and shipped back to me or I would like a new machine.

Review: my $800 Blue Pearl pool cleaner stopped working and I contacted the company. I received an email leading me to believe the item was under warranty and I had to pay shipping to and from repair facility. I sent the package July 9, 2013 at a cost of $35. By mid- August I had not heard from the repair facility so I called them. I was told they could not locate the pool cleaner and they would check and call me back. Never received a call, called them the following day and they told me it would cost $450 to repair. I told them not to repair it because it was supposed to be under warranty, and advised them to ship it back to me. They charged my VISA account $25 for return shipping. On Sept 26 ,2013 I contacted UPS to find out what the delay was, and they advised it had never been sent from the repair facility.I contacted the repair facility and was told it had not been shipped but would be shipped that day. By the time I get trhis bacvk, it will have taken 3 months and I end up with a broken pool cleaner and $60 less in my pocket. I am extremely dis pleased with this companys ethics and communication (or lack thereof ) I am requesting a full refund of my shipping charges from Aquatic Distributors in the amount of $60. Thank you for your assistanceDesired Settlement: refund of $60 shipping charges

Review: I purchased a new [redacted] pool cleaner from Aquatic Distributors on March 24, 2014. We used it during the summer season, approximately 4 months. Then it was stored away until this summer, 2015. When I put it in the pool, it would not work. I called Aquatic Distributors to get an RA # to send it back for repair. I received it on June 10, 2015, but when opening the box, it was not my Aquabot. It was one like mine, but this one had deep scratches all over the unit, the white part was a dingy yellow and the blue part was very faded. It looked to be several years old. However when comparing the serial number on the sticker to the one on my original purchase invoice, they matched. The serial number sticker can easily be peeled off. I called and talked to the owner, [redacted]. He was very adamant that because the serial number was the same, it WAS my machine and made NO effort to resolve the problem. I know this not my [redacted]. Mine is practically brand new. I have taken great care of it. It still looked brand new when I sent it to Aquatic Distributor for repair. I am very upset that Mr. [redacted] is covering up the fact that Aquatic Distributors kept my new machine and sent me an old one.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my own [redacted] repaired and shipped back to me or that they replace mine with a new one just like it.
