unable to use the closthing so I had to take them to goodwill which took me three days as I work alone.
The breakdown for her bill is as follows
her monthly fee was 3500.00. So I took twenty nine days to get the daily amount of 120.69. [redacted] was charged for fire days. That totaled 603.45. Three days [redacted] was in the facility and it took two days to get the carpet cleaned. When the morticians moved [redacted] she bled all over. She that cost 75.00 so her total she was charged for was 678.45.
When we increased [redacted]'s rate we overlooked the fact that we were suppose to give 60 days notice. We returned the difference (1,000.00) at the time we refunded them the difference in the morning rate.
Her admit date was 10-16-2014 thru 2-19-16.
In the contract it says we have thirty days in which to give a refund. We followed those guidelines.
