Complaint is repair service issues/Contract issues/Bug infestation issues I moved to Arbor Village on Friday January the 29th couple days before the 1st of Feb in less that days by the 2nd of February I started calling the Apt office to complain about some type of bug infestation, left messages no one returned my call that week, when I went into the office by the end of the 1st week after numerous calls and no response, spoke to *** and office Manager, he assured me this was a isolated incident and that I brought them with me, impossible all my bedroom furniture was brand new, had furniture in the living room at all, yet I was being bitten more in the living room, after a heated debate I called corporateCorporate responded and they sent a Pest control specialist to my apartment and they found no evidence of pest yet I was being eaten alive so the determined no treatment needed, I felt it was time for me to go!
