Arizona Mobile Access Technologies Reviews (2)

On 10/04/13 I had an interlock device installed in my vehicle.
My first problem was a 60 minute delay in my appointment time.

My vehicle was functioning perfectly prior to the installation and immediately trouble started with my electrical system. I advised the manager and she had a tech check it out(the tech had trouble locating the fuse box in the vehicle). The tech quickly stated there was nothing wrong with the installation ( which I expected).I missed a calibration date and was clearly told that ADOT REQUIRES THE VEHICLE TO BE TOWED TO THE FACILITY FOR CALIBRATION.I WAS TOLD IT WAS THE LAW AND POLICY OF ADOT. I CONTACTED ADOT SEVERAL TIME AND SPOKE WITH MANY AGENTS AND EACH AGENT STATED THERE IS NO SUCH POLICY OR LAW REFERENCE THIS SITUATION.TO AVOID PROBLEMS WITH MVD I TOWED THE VEHICLE AT MY EXPENSE. THE ODD THING IS NOBODY FROM THE COMPANY CAME OUT TO INSPECT MY CAR OR SEE IT ON THE TOW TRUCK. MY CONCERN IS HOW /WHY THIS COMPANY WOULD CREATE AN UNNECESSARY POLICY THAT HAS NO BENIFIT?
