On April 27th, I went to AR Family Dental David ODodd for dental work done by DrNfor fillingsPrior to the fillings I was examined and told that my teeth were fine, despite a little sensitivityDrNattempted to fix a filling that had partially broken by filling in where the filling was broke instead of replacing the whole fillingThe partial fix lasting one day and I had to go back to her on May 4th, to have that filling removed and refilledDrNdid not properly fill molar on the bottom left side of my mouth and that was determined on May 11th, 2016, which has now caused me to have to have a root canal, that she should be totally responsible forDrNreferred me to a specialist to have the root canal done and sent me home with a prescription for antibiotics and pain medsI have cancelled all future appointments for both myself and my family

Prior to the fillings I was examined and told that my teeth were fine, despite a little sensitivity. Dr. N. attempted to fix a filling that had partially broken by filling in where the filling was broke instead of replacing the whole filling. The partial fix lasting one day and I had to go back to her on May 4th, 2016 to have that filling removed and refilled. Dr. N. did not properly fill molar 17 on the bottom left side of my mouth and that was determined on May 11th, 2016, which has now caused me to have to have a root canal, that she should be totally responsible for. Dr. N. referred me to a specialist to have the root canal done and sent me home with a prescription for antibiotics and pain meds. I have cancelled all future appointments for both myself and my family.
