residents’ medical care.   Out of respect for our residents and their privacy, we will not offer any information on a specific tenant.   In general terms, I can tell you about our on-site fitness room. This is not a full gym. This is an added feature for our residents and is not used as a closing sales tool or pushed to get prospective tenants to lease an apartment. No services or staff are provided in this room. Currently we have 15 pieces of equipment, some open area and a seating corner. Three pieces of our equipment are not in operation. We do have 2 new machines on order.   Should someone wish to join a full service gym a quick google search reveals options within 5 miles.   Respectfully   Arlington Apartments Management
