I reject the response because I was told on **nday 4/6/by [redacted] (manager) at Armada Towing Company that they would have my car fixed which included the mechanical repairs within to daysHe asked if I would allow him the opportunity to make it right by having his repair shop to also take care of the mechanical issuesI did not make a fuss about it because he stated only my windshield was shattered.The company failed to have my car back to me within the timeframe I was told.When I spoke with **, another manager at Armada on Thursday (4/9), he told me my car would be delivered to my place of residence on FridayWhen I spoke with Amanda, at Armada on Friday afternoon (4/10), she stated my car will be ready to be picked up on Abram St in Arlington on Saturday 4/11/I told Amanda [redacted] said they would deliver my carAmanda then stated if my car required only minimum repairs they would go ahead and take care of itI told her [redacted] did not use the word "minimum"He stated they would take care of the mechanical issues at no cost to me for the inconvenience.At 5:50pm on Saturday 4/11/2015, Amanda called me and left a message on my voicemail stating all of my body repairs are complete on my vehicle however they were not able to diagnose the mechanical problemI was told that only my back windshield was damaged, if that was so, why was my entire tailgate replaced? I've had auto repair shops to confirm that my entire tailgate was replaced (TCM Auto**tive in Arlington TX, and Supreme Auto Service in Fort Worth TX)My tailgate is a different colorA shade lighter then my entire vehicleI should have been afforded the right to determine whether or not to have my car fixed by a reliable repair shop and to file a claim with my insurance companyArmada withheld valuable information from me and although I've submitted several requests to them in writing to send me a list of damages and repairs to my vehicle, as of today, they still have not done soI am still in a rental vehicle awaiting for the itemized listI no longer feel my car is reliable because for whatever reason they have chosen to withhold the list of damages to my vehicle from meSince they have not sent me this information in writing as of today, they should still cover the entire rental fees until this is all resolvedI believe Armada has caused additional damages to my vehicle and I believe I am entitled to receive **ney to have my tailgate repaired correctly with the right colorThey left shattered glass in my car (I have pictures) (knowingly I have small children, baby car seats were left in vehicle as evidence) debris everywhere, and have caused me huge a**unt of undue stressI have not received any **nies from them as of today

We have been in contact with the owner since hearing about this issueThe owner of the vehicle has our promise that we will fix the damages that we caused 100%We have scheduled to have the vehicle fixed on Saturday at a AAA Approved Repair Facility with a year/24,mile warranty on the replaced partsThis issue has been handled and we hope will not happen again

As soon as we heard of the complaint we contacted the owner right away and scheduled his vehicle to be repaired the next dayI have talked to the owner and apologized for our miscommunicationHe is Totally Satisfied with the repairs to his vehicleWe have also coached our employees on how to
communicate more effectively and to treat these matters with urgency and be brought to our attention right awayWe returned the vehicle repaired to the owner on 9/7/

I can understand Ms***'s frustration with thisAs soon as the incident occurred my driver made me awareThis incident occurred was an accident and could not have been avoidedAs my driver was crossing the tracks, the car in front of him hit their brakes causing him to stop on the tracksIt
was not done intentionally but unfortunately it happened while we were towing and we will take full responsibilityI have also sent a letter stating that we will take full responsibility for the repairs and the rental car

Good afternoonthis story is completely made upDFW armada reject this complaintthis was an emergency road side assistance his car was blocking traffic on the side of the road with no police on the sceneour driver showed up and did not bother to inspect the car or document any
preexisting damages his main concern was to clear the road and get the car in safe spot conceding the location and the time of the day it is. once he loaded safely and pulled to block away shopping center to further secure it and check the owner paperwork and inspect the car, that's when the owner accused he driver of damaging the car.his car was not towed from the middle of the road blocking traffic because a routine maintenance as he is stating he properly hot something that caused all alleged damagesand he took advantage of the fact that the driver did not notice damages prior to hooking up the carsince he was in hurry to get his car out of traffic...thanks Armada Towing Inc*** *** ** *** ** ***Office#***Fax# ***

Armada admitted that we damaged her car and we took full responsibility of the damage and we offered to pay for rental car during repair period at the body shop. to show our appreciation for allowing us to fix it and for her corporation we offered to diagnose the the car to save her **ney. since the...

car was being towed to a mechanic shop for a mechanic frailer we can at least save you this part. she agreed and we meet the dead line that was promised.  under no time we offered to repair the mechanical problem of the car.

I have done my home work and looked at my data base and called AAA to look up the name on the complaint and we could not find any AAA membership with that name? I am not saying it did not happen but in order for me to address such complaint I need the membership number so I will be able too look up...
