Review: REFUND OVER PAYMENT. Paid 650 deposit by check#[redacted]. Mr [redacted] did not show up on start date would not answer phone. I put a stop on the checkNext day he showed up and started work. He did not tell me he had chased check. I assumed the check was stopped. I wrote him a new check for $650Upon completion of job on 1/3 I was under the assumption ck#2044 was stopped. I wrote a finial check overpaying buy $650. Check [redacted] finally showed up on my checking account 1/5.Mr [redacted] Has stated in writing that he intends to pay.There is $100 to $200 dammage to concrete walkway,patio as a result of the fence job.Mr [redacted] will not answer my phone calls emails.Desired Settlement: Refund over payment. Clean up damage to walkway patio.
