I am responding to a complaint--ID# [redacted] MY office charges a flat-fee: retainer fee for casesThis client whom made the claim paid a flat-fee regarding? an issue with his driver's licenseMy staff contacted the Kansas Driver's Solution Department to ascertain the issue and the procedure for correcting the issue.? Once my? office received this information, it was relayed to the client via telephone and by letterClient was instructed to provide certain documents to my office so that we could send them forward to KansasClient never cooperated and did not supply to requested? documentsSince the client did not respond, a follletter was mailed to him again, client did not respond This client did not respond to the communications that were directed to himHe did not contact my office until he requested a refundI further mailed to client a letter of explanation along with the previous communication that was prepared andmailed in his caseAgain no response, until I received this complaint In closing, myself and my staff, communicated with this-client in a timely manner, and in a manner that is regularly used in our practice,:.and this client failed and/or refused to cooperate Sincerely, [redacted] Arnold

This client whom made the claim paid a flat-fee regarding an issue with his driver's license. My staff contacted the Kansas Driver's Solution Department to ascertain the issue and the procedure for correcting the issue. Once my office received this information, it was relayed to the client via telephone and by letter.
