I dined in the bar area on February 10th When I asked the server for my tab he brought mine to me in the amount of $ I gave him a gift card that had the balance of $credit to pay the tab He then charged the gift card over $which turned out to be someone else's tab I brought it to his attention Because the gift card only had a $limit and he now had funds holding on the card I had to give him another gift card with a $limit on it He then charged the $to this card AND the closing balance of $When I tried to use the $gift card at another location knowing I had plenty of credit I was embarrassed with a decline Then after research I learned what happened I phoned Arthurs and the bookkeeping was gone for the day I phoned again the next day as instructed and I was told they were too busy to handle my issue due to Valentines Day So I phoned again during day business hours and bookkeeping was gone again So for about weeks Arthurs
