ArtWanted is an online art community with 99.9% of all payments being done via online credit card. We do allow our members to submit checks/money orders and we have setup a PO box for this purpose. Due the the limited amount of mail we actually receive, we do not check the PO box very frequently. We...
checked it today and received and recorded the Money Order that was sent by the customer. The funds were applied to the customers account for their Premium website Membership. We do not have a record of the 1st money order that was sent, but we have given the customer full credit as if we had received the funds. We also provided the customer with a 30 day grace period on Feb. 2nd for us to receive and record their payment. Everything should now be resolved with this complaint and customer.- Andy E[redacted]
