I bought a used car and the salesman, [redacted], lied to me about the condition of the car. He disclosed that the car had been in an accident but told me that the damage was purely cosmetic, despite it being a salvage title. The car was purchased at the end of March 2012, and since buying the car, I have spent over $850 in repairs that should have been fixed by Asay Auto. [redacted] told me he did all the repairs himself and the car was in great condition. After taking it to two separate mechanics, I was told the car was rebuilt using sub-standard methods. I was lied to about the condition of the car so they could make a sale and am now stuck with a lemon. Since buying the car, I have had to replace or fix the following at least once: Transmission fluid, transmission gasket, rear brakes, various light bulbs, AC condenser, coolant thermostat sensor, front bumper mounts, and wheel alignment. Other problems that have not been fixed yet is the horn and the key fobs.
