I am rejecting this response because:I have another friend who has yet to receive about $1600 refund for the Embrace product her and her daughter never received after their surgeries. It's nice that they contacted that other patient and they have proof that another customer was really satisfied with her care. However, after asking my other friend and telling her that this institution is claiming that they contacted all the other patients after they noted their mistake and issued them a refund, she was upset that she never got contacted and has yet to receive the refund she asked for. I am not convinced that this institution is being honest and consistent.Additionally, if they are really giving out this product as often as they claim to be, I really am not convinced because the nurse Yuma did not seem confident in placing the product. In fact, she placed it completely wrong. If she actually read the insert like she told me to do, it states that for large incisions requiring multiple dressings to place in the middle first then work outward. She placed mine and another friends from the outside first.
