I, [redacted] do not accept the letter from Aspen Dental as closure to this case May 10, To Whom It May Concern: I would humbly like to offer my sincerest apologies for my behavior at Aspen Dental I felt that I was singled out for being a disabled Vet I also feel that I was picked on by the staff I feel that Aspen Dental from the very beginning, profiled me for being a disabled Vet As a Vet with PTSD, I should have been treated with a little more empathy and care I am willing to pay for the crowns but I am unwilling to pay for the labor of putting them in I am not happy with the way they were installed (no Novocain/pain numbing medication)The procedure for installing the crowns was not properly followed in my opinion On that day, we were getting a massive snow storm and the staff at the office was skeletal at best Everyone one that was there seemed to be in a hurry to get out the door before the brunt of the storm hit I feel that the appointment should have been rescheduled because of the weatherSincerely, [redacted]
