I visited Aspen Dental ***. Not sure why this location does not show up on the Revdex.com website?
Dealing with the billing department at Aspen Dental has been an absolute nightmare. After receiving an additional bill from Aspen, I discovered that I was being billed for procedures that were never discussed with me and products that I never received. I have spent countless hours on the phone with their accounting/billing department trying to rectify this issue with very little resolution. Since they demand initial payment at the time of the appointment, it makes it even more difficult to receive credit from them. After multiple callbacks speaking with numerous representatives and their "area manager" in the billing department, they erased the amount due to zero. However, I have still paid them for services/products that were never provided at the initial visit payment. I will never return to this dental provider. The fact that there is a "Stop Aspen Dental" *** Group with 12,000 members should alert anyone that this dental group is a MAJOR SCAM! Unfortunately no one knows of these deceptive issues until they have become a victim of their fraudulent practices.

I went to Aspen Dental last year during the summer and had some work done. The work was paid off by the first of this year. I received a bill from Aspen Dental recently stating that I owed for work they did for me this past June. I believe I received this bill in error because I have not been back to Aspen dental this year and have had no additional services from them.

I went to Aspen Dental a year ago and they said my teeth were great. Then I came back six months later and they said I have periodontal disease and that it's going to be $2000 and then I ask them what happens next and they said I would have to come back every three months and get my teeth scaled, which would be $250 each time. I was very upset and ask how could my teeth get so bad in a six months time and they said it happens. I was so upset I didn't have the procedure done due to my blood pressure was so high. Which was a blessing, because I talked to my old dentist and he thought that was strange. I went to a new dentist today and was prepared for bad news, they were like your teeth are great. So Aspen Dental was trying to take advantage of me and I feel sorry for anyone that goes in there with that type unethical treatment

I have been through 3 sets of dentures. Bottoms don't fit right. I glued in while eating something loose and tried to choke me. I have tried all glues. They are telling me there is nothing they can do. First they said it was the angle of the front of my mouth that I need 2 implants and different dentures and to go get a second opinion. The second opinion told me that the angle was ok. So I called the customer service number to talk to them about the problem. They called me back and said nothing they could do, go back to dentist. So I did and he stated nothing I can do. I don't think I should have to pay for something I can't use.

I am rejecting this response because:

I did contact the representative. The rep told me to go back to the dentist. The office has already told me that there is nothing they can do.

Sincerely

I first saw Aspen Dental in or around June 2018. They said they would submit a predestination so I new what I would be paying for my gum disease and veneers. I have called Aspen Dentals office manger numerous times regarding this and that still have not completed it. I have also spoken to their area manager I believe his name was Cory and he assured me he would handle it from this point forward I last spoke to Cory in Oct 2018 or Nov 2018 and I still have not heard back from him.
