about 3 weeks afterpicking up her car [redacted] called and said she had a problem with her car,I asked what it was and she said it had wind noise...

and the alignment was off.I asked her how she new thefront end alignmentwas wrong she told me she had it checked by someone else, she did not say and she never showed me any paper work showing she had it checked.I asked her why they didnt fix the problem, she didnt have an answer, she only complained about the wind niose comimg from the left door.I told her I would schedule anoyher alignment aqnd she brought the car back to us and I took it tohave it checked again. the alignment was well within the guidlines kia set for that model ,sorento.I as well as 3 other people drove this car to make sure it was driving correctly, and it was. no pull on a flat road no pull when stopping, the alignment was correct.as far as the wind noise there was none .when you turned on the airconditioner it made more noise than the the wind outside.the car was very quiet on the inside.as far as being rude to here I was never rude to her or her boyfriend who was rude to me and my manager .I was very to the point with her, but never rude. she took an attitude towards me ,I dont know why ,I tried to keep them satisfied but no matter what I did it was somehow not enough. I have sent proof (in the wat of reciepts)of the work my alignment sublet did.those were sent to the insurance companyi have been in business in fallon nv for 20 years and we have an exellent reputation and make every effort yo keep it that way.if there was anything wrong with her car it would have been corrected not left to aggrevate her.I am very sorry to say this but there are some people that are not happy .no matter what you do for them.we tried very hard to please this person ,but I guess it was not enough.[redacted] is also telling lies about the paper work from mikes,I never told her mikes dosent do print outs ,I never talked to her about mikes,I talked to her insurance rep.I really dont like liars.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2018/02/12) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The only only one not telling the truth here is [redacted]! I showed [redacted] the paperwork from where the alignment was checked. It showed all my information and how the alignment was off. I still have the paperwork. [redacted] refused to provide me any paperwork showing that the alignment was done correctly after the accident. I asked for it. He said he would mail it to me and to this day has not. I ended up needing new tires way before I should have and had to pay for them and an alignment, which I shouldn't have had to. I have paperwork showing that alignment inspection before and after it was aligned. They said it was so bad that there was no way it could have been aligned after the accident. There was no way if it had been aligned that it would be that far out of alignment and needing 4 new tires way before it should have.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2018/02/12) */
all paper work that was asked for was sent to [redacted] insurance company. again, nothing was ever offered to me in the way of invoices fron kia.more lies
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2018/02/13) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
It's interesting that [redacted] response is to call me a liar. He claims to be in good standing as a business for 20 years and the only response he has is that I'm a liar. I have documentation after [redacted] "fixed" my car after the accident that shows my car was not in alignment. When I took my car back to him at that time, I had the paperwork with me. I showed it to him. When I picked up the car I asked him for documentation showing my car was aligned. He said he did not have it and would mail it to me. He never did. Per [redacted] at [redacted] NEVER gave him any paperwork showing that my car was aligned properly after the accident and after I took the car back to him for alignment. I spoke with [redacted] several times in February. He called [redacted] and said [redacted] would email him the paperwork. [redacted] states [redacted] emailed him a handwritten paper saying my car had a 4 wheel alignment. Really? A handwritten paper? Where are the specs showing it was properly aligned? THE BOTTOM LINE is if my car were properly aligned after the accident I would not have needed 4 new tires way earlier than I should have and I wouldn't have had to have it aligned.
