This Assured Relocation has really BAD customer service!!! No follow up with phone calls or emails from their manager ( [redacted] ) and employee ( [redacted] ) You have to force receptionist to get the manager on the call When I complain and escalate my case to manager, her response was "We are busy...sorry, we cannot reassigned to other person to work on your case."...cannot help you You are stuck with your BAD apple I strongly discourage people doing business with this company Look for others
We are hired to find temporary housing for individuals such as Mrand Mrs*** based on the amount of money their carrier agrees to pay on their behalf We never promise a higher figure because the carrier will not pay. We never go above that amount without authorization from the
carrier or the individualIn this case, the total cost of the temporary housing and furniture provided by Assured did not exceed the initial cost provided by the carrier and was fully paid by the carrier
Assured found Mrand Mrs*** temporary housing. They requested additional services i.efurniture in additional to the temporary housing. We notified them that there was a cost associated with it but it was within the amount they could spend. They subsequently returned the furniture; however, they incurred a small charge. The carrier paid for all costs including the furniture. The amount paid was equal to the costs and Assured did not keep any money
Assured has not engaged in harassing callsOur only interactions with the insureds have been regarding any request we have received from the carrier or information that we need to provide themWe had only contacts with the insured in 2018. On January 2, insured called us and on March 19th and 21st we called to provide status of the fileOn March 22, 2018, the insured called/emailed requesting not to contact them, of which we complied with. These dates coincide with the “Talked to Company” dates provided by the *** in their complaint
As noted above, Assured did not engage in any of the behavior indicated in the complaintThe money charged for the furniture was based on the minimum requirement of the furniture vendor and it was paid by the carrier. Assured does not charge a special fee for the search of a property. Assured has standard fees for our services in procuring temporary accommodations
