Review: I parked my car in the Astor Parking garage using a coupon valid for Saturdays which stated $20.00 for up to 10 hours. I picked my car up 15 minutes past the 10 hr period, fully anticipating that I would have to pay for the additional half hr as per their posted night rate. what I did not anticipate was that I would be charged $39.00 which I assume is their regular rate for 11 hours of parking. Nowhere on their coupon is this indicated---though there are other items stipulated such as payment required by credit card, coupon to be handed in at time of payment, etc. I feel that their advertising is quite misleading and had I known what their policy was regarding time limits I would not have chosed to park in that facilityDesired Settlement: Since I paid $39.00 instead of $20.00 I would like a refund of $19.00 less the cost of 1/2 hour at that facility, which is $8.00---which is a total refund of $11.00. I would also like them to amend their coupon so that others don't get sucked into the same unfortunate situation.

Review: I parked my car there for about 3 hours on 6/**/13 when I got back I had a flat tires an one if my rim was scratched....... my tire is popped on the side an can't be fixed but no-one can give an explanation as to what happen. when I asked they all started speaking Spanish an act as if they knew nothing I was talking about.Desired Settlement: I think they are responsible to replace my tire an fix my rim
