I WOULDVE THEN BEEN IN IT OVEER $3,AND NOTHING BEYOND DAY GUARANTEE THEY WONT HONOR WITH THE WORK THEYVE ALREADY DONETHEY ARE THIEVES!!! I BOUGHT BRAND NEW ONE FOR HALF PRICE WITH YEARS PARTS & LABOR WARRANTY! AT HOUSE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OLD DISABLED WOMAN!!!! THEIR PARTS DID NOT RESOLVE MATTER THEY JUST WANTED TO KEEP ADDING MORE COSTLY PARTS TO BROKE DOWN WORTHLESS GARBAGEREPAIR DIDNT EVEN LAST DAYS, THEY DIDNT WARRANTY IT FOR WHAT THEY DID! HAD ONLY INTERMITTENT HOT WATER, HAD TO SHOWER WITH FRIENDSCOMPANIES ALLL CONCUR NEW HEATER NEEDED!!! NEW ONE WORKS PERFECT NO PROBLEM EVER TO DATE !!!! AND ITS FINE WHERE ITS ATHAD FOR WEEKS NOWI WANT MY BACKI AM DISABLED AND NEED THE MONEY TO PAY OFF NEW ONE.THANKS [redacted]

I've already explained detail by orderThis is what's happened to this customerWe can not really anything more than what we did and were happened.Our Conclusion and RespondsAll service work is done properly and fixed the issue according to manufacture specWe strongly think that there is no responsibility to refund the money for all service work we’ve done

THEY SOLD PARTS FOR A HEATER 11 YEARS OLD THAT WAS LONG BURNT OUT AND TOTALLY BEYOND REPAIRING. THEY STILL RECOMMENDED A $500 MOTHERBOARD AND A $2,000 RELOCATION COST!!!! I WOULDVE THEN BEEN IN IT OVEER $3,000.00 AND NOTHING BEYOND 60 DAY GUARANTEE THEY WONT HONOR WITH THE WORK THEYVE ALREADY DONE. I've already explained detail by order. This is what's happened to this customer. We can not really anything more than what we did and were happened.Our Conclusion and Responds. All service work is done properly and fixed the issue according to manufacture spec. We strongly think that there is no responsibility to refund the money for all service work we’ve done.

Our Responds:Dec 11th 2015: No Hot Water and She called our office for service request The problem: Fan motor is continuously ON without any hot waterSolution: Replaced; Fan Motor, Transformer and wire harness between Trans former and PCB mother boards.Service Charge including parts/labor: $350NOTE:...

we found the wrong installation for Takagi TM-1 unit in attic and we notified that improper installation to customer and provided an estimation to correct installation.Estimation Detail: 1. Using dryer vent instead Category III stainless steel 4" vent pipe without no Drain Trap2. No water pan underneath the Takagi TM-1 3. No Check valve is installed at recirculation return line = cold water backlow issue.We offered 30 days labor warranty (Written) with condition "AT House Inc Service Limited Warranty: labor service 30 Days in case of same problem, but full charge in case of totally different issue. If customer does NOT follow our advice, At House-service warranty will be void.Our 30 days warranty." Feb 3rd 2016: 2" Call from customer. She would like to correct installation only # 3 which provides an instant hot water in the house.2nd service request / solutions: Install 4" spring check valve and now recirculation system is working properly finallyService Charge: $ 160 including labor and partsMarch 18th: 3" service request = No hot water 3rd service request: GFCI is tripped on Takagi TM-1 = no power to the unit. We reset the system and power. It was working good after reset the power. Service Charge: NO CHARGEAlso, we proposed parts replacement plus relocation of Takagi TM-1 to outside if there is the same issue (GFCI Tripped) continuedOur Conclusion and Responds. All service work is done properly and fixed the issue according to manufacture spec. We strongly think that there is no responsibility to refund the money for all service work we’ve done.
