To whom it may concern: I am corresponding in regards to the claim that I have received. This matter was brought to me by my employee at the time of the incident. I hadn't spoken to the client, prior to the claim being filed with Revdex.com, because had I spoke with the client; the claim...
would have likely never been filed. After speaking with my employee & the client and hearing both sides of the story, I can't say that the agent was at fault, but I can say that I do everything that I can to ensure that our customers remain satisfied with the service provided. I have since them spoke to the client to resolve the issue. Today I am mailing the insured the $60.40 that she advised in her claim that she was overcharged for that which she felt was an error on the agent's part. Sincerely, Veronica D. H[redacted]President
