My wife went to the solon based what I thought would be a good giftAfter receiving unsatisfied services and after about a week (length ?) she told me she didn't want to go back and wanted to go somewhere elseIt is true they have been there, but the service is not worth that drive, where in past she has gone to places much further because of the service given was worth the distanceHere clearly is not in my wives viewIn reflections of the repeated communications of the owner called me back that never happened, I do agree with herWith regards to the back of the card stating no refund, it does not say thatIt says, "Gift Card is not redeemable for cash"Meaning the person using it cannot turn it in for cast does not state that the person "buying it for a gift" cannot get a cash refund for the unused amountSo it is not clearly statedAnd if one wants to be technical, I don't want "cash" I want it back on my cardSo if the salon wasn't to play word games and state that "It is clear that there is no cash refund" then I am clear I don't want a cash refund but just to put the amount back on my cardThe word "Intent" to have a customer satisfied does not seem trueThough they offered an upgrade, my wife will not go back, resulting in no redeemable services that was purchased through a gift card, therefore, if the salon would like to satisfy a customer, one would think a refund on "Unused" amount on a gift card would be a no question, but obviously that is not the caseIf this was a "Real" business that is truly focused on "customer service", this wouldn't be a big deal

unaware for several weeks that she was not happy. We offered not only a re-do on the pedicure, but she could have any other service we offer. Mr. [redacted] seemed most concerned that his wife did not want to make the 45 minute one way drive to our salon, however we have been in the same location for nearly 6 years and were here when he purchased the gift card. We will still honor our solution, in fact either of them can get any service we provide for the value of the gift card. Our intent is to satisfy each and every customer, we try very hard to do that, sometimes its just not possible.
