Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] have been dealing with [redacted] IT since January They never seem to resolve my issues and submit ticket after ticket for the same problems yet they are not resolved They promise me that they will call me and I never receive a follow up phone call I am still waiting for a follphone call from a direct supervisor named [redacted] who indicates she was personally resolving my problem and would monitor my account every hour and would call when the problem was resolved that was two weeks ago and I still have not heard from her Regards, [redacted] ***
